Marketing and Events Coordinator

HV Capital is seeking a highly skilled Events and Creative Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing and communication team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating our internal and external events.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives. This includes creating innovative event formats, managing event logistics, and ensuring a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.
You will work closely with our creative agency and internal teams to develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and brand awareness. Your excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering high-quality events that meet our expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives
- Plan, manage, and evaluate internal and external events, including logistics, marketing, and content creation
- Collaborate with our creative agency and internal teams to develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy
- Manage event partnerships, including vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain a strong brand voice and visual identity across all events
- Monitor and report on event metrics and provide insights for future event planning
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful events that meet or exceed brand expectations
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, such as Eventbrite and Asana
