Your Role

As an IT Product Manager at P&G, you will be the manager of your domain from Day 1. You will put your skills and ideas into practice to support, develop, and improve the IT solutions for our business. Your contributions will make an impact on business results and help shape the direction of your space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IT strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive digital transformation

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in a relevant field
  • Proven IT skills in areas such as Agile Project Management, Software Development, and Data Analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and business partners
  • Desire to build deep technical skills and expertise to deliver sustainable digital products and capabilities
