About the Role

As an IT Manager - IT Product Manager, you will be part of our IT teams, which are the enablers of our business. Together, we help to achieve increased productivity, digitization, breakthrough innovation, speed to market, and better protection against security threats for our users and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop IT solutions for our business, putting your skills and ideas into practice to support, develop, and improve our IT capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of our digital products and capabilities, making an impact on our business results and helping shape the direction of your space.
  • Work with various teams, including Product Management, Site Technology Leaders, IT Engineering & Operations, and Data & Analytics, to drive business outcomes and improve our IT capabilities.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree and a passion for information technology, with experience working in IT (gained during studies, personal projects, or up to 5 years of professional experience).
  • Proven IT skills in one or multiple areas, such as Agile Project Management, Software Development Lifecycle, and Data Science and Data Analytics.
  • Desire to build deep technical skills and expertise to deliver sustainable digital products and capabilities.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues and solutions in a way that can drive decisions with technical and business partners.
