We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at Industrial Application Software GmbH. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for all software development operations of our flagship product, caniasERP.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on ERP systems and cloud solutions. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our caniasERP modules, as well as contributing to infrastructure improvements and shaping project teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing research and development activities to create new features and subsystems that add value to caniasERP modules
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining caniasERP modules under their responsibility
  • Shaping project teams and guiding them based on their knowledge and experience
  • Contributing to infrastructure improvements with feedback and suggestions

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related areas
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SQL and relational database concepts
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
  • Experience on ERP systems is a plus
  • Software development experience on business processes such as sales, purchasing, human resources, finance, production, and inventory management is a plus
  • Able to use English effectively for both oral and written communication
  • Embraces analytical thinking, willingness to learn, result-oriented, and a team player
