About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Industrial Application Software GmbH. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our flagship product, caniasERP.

As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing caniasERP modules. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to shape the project and guide the project team based on your knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new features and subsystems for caniasERP
  • Carry out the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of caniasERP modules
  • Shape the project and guide the project team
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements with feedback and suggestions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related areas
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SQL and relational database concepts
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
  • Experience with ERP Systems is a plus
  • Software development experience on business processes such as sales, purchasing, human resources, finance, production, and inventory management is a plus
  • Able to use English effectively for both oral and written communication
  • Embraces analytical thinking, willingness to learn, result-oriented, and a team player
