About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Industrial Application Software GmbH. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our flagship product, caniasERP.

As a member of our product team, you will work closely with our global team to design, develop, and optimize caniasERP modules. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new features and subsystems to enhance the functionality of caniasERP
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing caniasERP modules to ensure high performance and reliability
  • Collaborating with the project team to shape the project vision and guide the team towards successful project delivery
  • Contributing to infrastructure improvements and providing feedback and suggestions to enhance our development processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and relational database concepts
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to use English effectively for both oral and written communication
  • Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn, and a team player mindset
