Key Responsibilities / What You Will Get to Do:
As a Business Consultant, you will work with client teams, taking responsibility for specific tasks, ensuring project milestones are reached, and delivering high-quality results. You will assist in analyzing customer needs, developing creative concepts, and implementing concrete measures. You will also contribute to business development, client pitches, and internal projects within Allianz Consulting.
Key Requirements / What We Hope You Bring:
We are looking for individuals with a university degree or equivalent experience, minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting, and a strong affinity for problem-solving and analytical thinking. You should be willing to be coached, enthusiastic about working in a diverse and international team, and have excellent command of English. Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel are a plus, as well as your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services.
