Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, and New York and Minneapolis, our dedicated global teams of over 600 consultants share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within. We bring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies.
Allianz Consulting's structure focuses on competencies and delivery. Therefore, we are set-up in so called "practice areas" and "service clusters" that focus on the following topics:

Be a trusted advisor for team members and clients in the areas of IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation, or project & program management Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes Facilitate the growth and success of fellow consultants by providing mentorship and guidance Manage communications and project timelines Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team eventsKey requirements / What we hope you bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, digital innovation, or project & program management Master’s degree in a relevant discipline: business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent Your excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1) Your deep experience and proven track record in project- and program management methods, process development, or IT implementations / transformations Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions) Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniquesWe highly value candidates who possess a blend of international experience and a proven track record in the financial services industry, specifically within insurance companies. Successful candidates will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the insurance value chain and processes.
