About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, HR systems, and change management. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading and managing global HR projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable professional education
  • Proven experience in the field of HR-IT, ideally as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in HR systems implementations, preferably within international project teams
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
