We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Expert in HR Projects to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. As a key member of our global HR team, you will lead and manage complex HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation of S4 Hana, enhancements to SuccessFactors, and system optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable professional education
  • Proven experience in the field of HR-IT, ideally as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in HR systems implementations, preferably within international project teams
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities
