Medical Specialist for Automation in Medical Laboratories

As a Medical Engineer (f/m/x) for Automation in Medical Laboratories, you will be responsible for handling service requests in the EMEA region, analyzing and solving technical problems, conducting technical training courses, and providing customer support.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle service requests in the EMEA region, providing second-level support and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and solve complex technical problems, both on-site and remotely, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct technical training courses for the technical support staff in the EMEA region, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Provide customer support for the application of instrument-specific software, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalation and complaint processes in collaboration with affiliates, the Japanese headquarters, and suppliers, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Establish new procedures for standardizing device settings in the field, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in medical technology or a related field,
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, training, and automation engineering;
  • Expertise in electrical and medical engineering, as well as IT basics;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Independent working skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
