Job Title: Employee Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Rostock. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for installing and connecting our innovative medical IT systems, providing technical support to customers and dealers, and working closely with our development team to improve our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure medical IT systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Provide technical support to customers and dealers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement improvements to our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our solutions and services
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable degree
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
