Senior Process Expert, EU ATS ACES

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Expert to join our Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team in EU. As a key member of our ACES team, you will play a crucial role in developing a world-class middle mile process that delivers goods on time at the best cost.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive network-level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics, and programs that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with operations field leaders to identify the impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.

In addition, you will engage with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers. You will also work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing systems, metrics, and programs to drive network-level excellence
  • Building strong partnerships with operations field leaders to integrate and deploy new business initiatives
  • Engaging with other Amazon business units to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes
  • Working with technology teams to develop new tools and systems to support business growth
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record of driving process excellence. You will also need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field (or higher)
  • Proven progressive responsibility in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation planning, carrier management, supply chain, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (or higher)
  • Exposure to program and project management
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
