About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Coach to join our Middle Mile team at Amazon EU SARL (Germany Branch). As a Business Coach, you will play a critical role in managing Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensuring they are set up to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class support for LSPs with scalable tracking processes
  • Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
  • Identify, develop, and improve strategies for the LSP onboarding and training process
  • Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency across individual LSPs and the entire supply type
  • Provide reports to leaders on health and training proficiency weekly/monthly
  • Partner with other teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
About the Team

Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, you'll help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.

Requirements
  • A degree
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German
  • Relevant experience in program or project management
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in supply chain and/or transportation
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • PowerBI and SQL knowledge as a plus
