Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • HR-Tätigkeiten: Sie sind für alle HR-relevanten Tätigkeiten am Standort verantwortlich und berichten lokal an den Objektleiter sowie HR-seitig an den Head HR VIBS.
  • Zeitmanagement: Sie übernehmen das Zeitmanagement sowie die Vorbereitung und Prüfung der externen monatlichen Entgeltabrechnungen.
  • Personalplanung: Sie sind für die Personalplanung und den Rekruiterungsprozess zuständig.
  • Fort- und Weiterbildung: Sie wirken im Bereich der Fort- und Weiterbildung mit.
  • HR-Prozesse: Sie entwickeln HR-Prozesse und interne Workflows weiter.
  • HR-Reports: Sie erstellen HR-Reports für die Geschäftsleitung.
  • HR-Projekte: Sie wirken bei HR-Projekten für die Alpine Region mit.

Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung: Sie verfügen idealerweise über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d).
  • Kenntnisse: Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und einen routinierten Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen, Google von Vorteil.
