Job Overview

This role involves leading a team of Sales Development Representatives and contributing to the development of international sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of software sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives
  • Develop and implement outbound and inbound lead-generation strategies
  • Refine lead qualification processes and ensure only well-qualified leads are pursued by the sales team
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of conversion rates, time to sell, ARPA, and implement meaningful KPIs and OKRs for the team
  • Initiate and drive regional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Motivate and help team members to up-skill and achieve higher results
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or a related role
  • Experience in setting up, developing, and managing a sales development team for at least 1 year
  • Detailed understanding of software sales processes and experience with models such as Challenger Sales, GAP Selling, and Lead Scoring, BANT
  • Successful development and implementation of demand generation programs for inside and field sales organizations
  • Strong analytical understanding and experience utilizing HubSpot
  • Accurate forecasting and verifiable history for the timely fulfillment of set goals
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration within the team with colleagues and customers
  • Fluency in German and English. Advanced speaking level in French would be a plus.
