About the RoleThis key position will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering scalable Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions that meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. As an HRIS System Specialist, you will work closely with HR counterparts and Technology team members to understand requirements, conduct complex analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across functional areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and configuration of Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions based on business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Independently deliver advanced Workday Business Processes and Functional configuration to meet business requirements and develop HRIS procedures and design specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain related reports/dashboards and data management strategy.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment of HR Technology solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas where Workday can be used to improve processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree & 4+ years of prior experience with HRIS system – Workday.
- 2+ years of experience of proven expertise with deploying Absence and Time Tracking modules in Workday.
- Fluent English, other languages is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strict attention to detail, ability to manage complex projects & influence change.
