About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Global Sustainability to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our global sustainability strategy and program. This includes implementing projects at strategic and operational levels, facilitating cross-functional dialogues, and coordinating with internal functional departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global sustainability strategies and programs
  • Facilitate cross-functional dialogues and coordinate with internal departments
  • Monitor and analyze external standards, emerging regulations, and market trends related to sustainability
  • Support the improvement of STADA's internal reporting and data collection processes
  • Coordinate responses to external ratings and inquiries
  • Closely cooperate with Global Communication regarding sustainability topics
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master in a relevant discipline (e.g., economics, sustainability management, environmental science)
  • Strong knowledge and 3-4 years of experience in sustainability management
  • Passion for sustainability and desire to make a positive impact
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, EU CSRD, Taxonomy)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Structured way of working and high organization skills
  • Very good knowledge of English
