About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technical Project Management to lead our Strategy Projects Tech & Core Enabling Team at ABOUT YOU.

The successful candidate will be responsible for steering key strategic initiatives across our system landscape, collaborating closely with application teams, and managing a team of project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure efficient and smooth cross-system solutions.
  • Manage a team of project managers and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive projects forward.
  • Report directly to the VP level and prepare MD decisions.
  • Challenge business requirements to minimize technical complexity while maintaining business value.
  • Plan project timelines and resources, and resolve blockers and dependencies.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in tech project management.
  • Deep understanding of business and tech processes.
  • Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Practical experience working directly with engineering teams.
Nice to Have
  • First leadership experience.
  • Experience with MySQL.
  • Experience in designing process flows.
