Tax Support Team Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Leader to join our Tax Support Team in Germany. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring seamless support to our tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Resource and workload planning, including scheduling and coordinating team members' absences and vacations.
- Coordinating team meetings, training sessions, and other events to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Developing and implementing processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Managing team performance, providing feedback, and coaching team members to achieve their goals.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including partners and managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Supporting the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives, including digitalization and onboarding processes.
- Managing team budgets and resources, ensuring effective use of company resources.
- Coordinating with HR to manage team recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Supporting the organization of internal events, such as partner lunches and manager meetings.
- Proven experience in team management and coordination, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
