Paralegal Support Specialist

Euro London Appointments is seeking a qualified and dedicated Legal Assistant to enhance their operations within a prestigious law firm.

Key Responsibilities

As a proficient Legal Assistant, you will be well-versed in the responsibilities associated with this position. In addition to traditional tasks, you will have the chance to undertake secretarial duties, providing support to a team of partners and associates. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meetings with clients
  • Preparing presentations and reports based on dictation
  • Managing the filing system and maintaining updated records
  • Completing typesets
  • Conducting independent correspondence with clients via letters and emails
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate colleagues
  • Performing all other standard duties
  • Engaging in project-based work independently
Qualifications

*Completion of training as a 'Legal Assistant' or 'European Secretary/Foreign Language Correspondent'

Fluency in German and proficiency in English

Strong skills in MS Office applications

Experience in an international setting

Exceptional organizational abilities

Competence in audio typing

Ideally, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience
