Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key member of our Quality and Claims team at GLOVIS Europe GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality procedures, standards, and specifications to meet customer requirements.
- Reviewing and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Standardizing manufacturing and production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of processes and procedures.
- Managing cases related to damages during transportation, handling, or movement of vehicles.
- Analyzing cases based on presented documents and facts to determine liable parties and compensation.
- Communicating effectively with business partners, customers, and logistics service providers.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Creating and managing invoices, reports, and statistics to track performance.
- Evaluating business partner service performance based on key performance indicators.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Relevant experience in logistics, quality management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and relevant industry tools.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in any Eastern European language is a plus.
