About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer complaints and product issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to internal teams and suppliers on quality-related topics.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance and progress to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality management principles, processes, and tools. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and German language skills. Korean language skills are a plus.
