About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, installing, and administering our infrastructure services.
Your Tasks
- Ensure proper service delivery for end-to-end services including network infrastructure, storage, servers, VMs, and interfaces.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support within Infrastructure services and support the IT architecture.
- Proactively promote information exchange across departments to support internal customers and foster teamwork within the overall IT.
- Develop and maintain documentation following ITIL and PRINCE2 standards.
Your Profile
- Operating MS Windows Server and LINUX Server.
- Utilizing Virtualization Technologies like VMWare and MS Hyper-V and Enterprise Storage Systems based on SAN iSCSI.
- Proficiency in IT Automation, Scripting (e.g., ansible), and system monitoring (e.g., CheckMK).
- Excellent English skills in both speech and writing, with additional German speech skills being a bonus for your profile.
- Experience with security concepts and continuous improvements.
