PharmaLex is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, and wireless implementations.
- Administer and develop the SAN infrastructure, ensuring streamlined operation of PharmaLex IT systems.
- Review, categorize, and prioritize IT tickets from Cencora PharmaLex staff, coordinating and tracking ticket resolution.
- Manage IT assets, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
- Collaborate with Team Leader IT and decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
- Contribute to the design of IT operations and service functions and processes.
- Administer connections to customer systems and serve as a backup administrator for configuring, managing, and monitoring backup solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and contribute to the maintenance of the company's Quality Management System.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least partly in a small-and-medium-enterprise environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Technical hands-on knowledge in PLx key technologies.
- Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Entra ID, Network - Routing - Firewall, IT Security, Server virtualization - VMWare, and practical knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL).
- Overview of current IT infrastructure issues and solutions, experience in cooperation with IT service providers.

- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ability to organize operational procedures and manage multiple critical issues, prioritize and execute tasks, and make sound decisions.
