Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskräfte, der unsere Cybersecurity-Abteilung leiten und die Entwicklung der Business-Unit Red Teaming und Penetration Testing strategisch vorantreiben kann. Als Head of Cybersecurity Operations bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Führung und Entwicklung der Abteilung, die Kundenbedürfnisse kennen und Serviceleistungen weiterentwickeln und in Produkte überführen, um das Wachstum voranzutreiben. Du kannst Strategien ausarbeiten, umsetzen und geeignete Maßnahmen für den Erfolg definieren. Darüber hinaus stellst du sicher, dass deine Teammitglieder mit gezielten Entwicklungsmassnahmen sich weiterentwickeln und optimal in Projekten eingesetzt werden.

Was du mitbringst

Als Fachexperte bringst du ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit einer Weiterbildung in der IT-Sicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Außerdem bringst du mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Cybersecurity mit. Du überzeugst mit deinen fundierten Kenntnissen in Penetration Testing, Application Security Testing, IT-Forensik und/oder anderen Security-Auditing-Bereichen. Zertifizierungen wie beispielsweise OSCP, OSCE, CISSP bestätigen deine technischen Kenntnisse. Zudem hast du ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Verständnis für komplexe IT-Strukturen. Du bist ein Problemlöser und Entscheidungsträger mit hoher Kompetenz und kannst dein Team motivieren und inspirieren. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein tadelloser Leumund runden dein Profil ab.
