Als Messeveranstalter für das Handwerk entwickeln und organisieren wir insgesamt zehn große Fach- und Publikumsmessen, die alle eins gemeinsam haben: Begeisterte Unternehmen und Menschen mit handfesten Ideen und Idealen.

Head Of Operations (m/w/d)

DAS ERWARTET DICH

Du bist maßgeblich für die Entwicklung der Operations-Strategie als Teil der Unternehmensstrategie verantwortlich
Du schaffst produktübergreifende Synergien und koordinierst diese in einer übergreifenden Ressourcenplanung und -steuerung
Du stellst die Einhaltung von allgemeinen Qualitätsstandards, auch im Vor-Ort Betrieb der Messen sicher
Du verantwortest die Organisation von Events, sowie die Durchführung des Rahmenprogramms und des Teilnehmermanagements
Du verantwortest den übergreifenden Einkauf, z.B. Verhandlung mit Geländebetreibern, Einkauf von Messeständen und Messe-Dienstleistungen
Du steuerst die Beauftragung der Besucher-Hotline sowie Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen Qualität zusammen mit den Operations Managern aus
Du lenkst die Aktivitäten der Auslandsvertreter weltweit
Du stehst im Rahmen kontinuierlicher Performanceanalysen deines Bereichs sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und KPI-Strukturen mit weiteren Querschnittsfunktionen eng im Austausch

DAMIT PUNKTEST DU
  • Du verfügst über ein umfassendes Verständnis für die Messe- und Eventbranche
  • Dich zeichnet ein hohes Maß an Struktur und Organisationstalent sowie Fähigkeit zur Koordination und Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Prozesse aus
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von gesamtunternehmerischen Strategien sowie für das Personalmanagement mit (bspw. Einkauf, Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle)
  • Du hast bereits erfolgreich die Leitung und Entwicklung agiler, multidisziplinärer Teams übernommen
  • Eigeninitiative/-verantwortlichkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
  • Du konntest dir eine hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz aneignen und bringst ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der (verbalen und schriftlichen) Kommunikation mit verschiedenen (internen und externen) Stakeholdern mit
  • Übergreifendes strategisches und unternehmerisches Handeln runden dein Profil ab
