International Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of International Finance to lead our International Finance team in delivering amazing experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for driving the International Finance team strategy to support profitable business growth and FCF generation.
The Senior Director will also serve as a key business partner to Local CFOs and International Business teams, providing value-based analytics, portfolio rationalization, and investment proposals. They will be responsible for reviewing and improving the preparation of financial month-end closing under Management Reporting and IFRS.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment. They will also have a strong understanding of financial analysis and financial model building, with experience in P&L management and/or analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving the International Finance team strategy to support profitable business growth and FCF generation
- Serving as a key business partner to Local CFOs and International Business teams
- Reviewing and improving the preparation of financial month-end closing under Management Reporting and IFRS
- Providing thought leadership behind improving and automating existing data models and business intelligence reports
- Promoting collaboration within International finance to drive best practices, standardization, and efficiency improvements
Requirements include:
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Background in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven ability to elaborate a team strategy and develop/coach talents
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, subordinates, executive management, and other critical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
- Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and financial model building
- Hands-on approach with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- P&L management and/or analysis experience
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
