Job Title: Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Corporate Finance team as a Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our financing strategy, evaluating external financing options, and executing capital raise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly liquidity forecasts and M&A plans to understand funding needs
  • Evaluate external financing options, including hedging (FX and interest rates)
  • Execute capital raise processes (equity and debt)
  • Negotiate commercial terms on loans, derivatives, and other financing instruments
  • Manage relationships with credit rating agencies and RCF lending banks
  • Track compliance with debt covenants (incurrence limits, compliance certificates)
  • Steer balance sheet and cash flow metrics (debt maturity, coverage ratios)
  • Support oversight of treasury operations (including intercompany funding and hedging)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of transactional experience at a major financial institution or corporation
  • Extensive corporate finance knowledge, especially of leveraged loans
  • Deep understanding of managing lending and credit rating agency relationships
