Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Expert Service Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory IT Services community, you will be responsible for leading GLP system validation projects and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct system validations, risk assessments, and testing activities, including vendor qualifications.
  • Take process ownership and participate in process definitions and optimizations in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the validation framework and implement external regulatory guidelines (e.g., OECD 17, OECD 22) leveraging the GAMP5 standard.
  • Document processes, share knowledge, and provide training to different teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer or natural sciences or a comparable education.
  • Extensive experience in Project and Process Management, preferably in the regulated area.
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of GxP computerized system validation.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills as well as high customer orientation.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German language skills desired but not required.
