About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Power Systems Conversion Specialist. As a key member of our Grid Technologies Business Unit, you will be responsible for converting models from DIgSILENT PowerFactory to PSCAD using existing tools and libraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated model conversion scripts and techniques to achieve a higher level of accuracy
- Develop and execute automated test procedures to compare the original model in PowerFactory against the converted PSCAD model
- Evaluate and present project results to the team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent academic record and relevant knowledge of electrical power systems and control systems
- Experience with power system simulation tools, such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory and PSCAD
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
