Software Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Software Manager, der unsere Vectron Lokomotiven mit moderner Software ausstattet.

Hauptraufgaben:
  • Termingerechte Bereitstellung einer geprüften Gesamtsoftware unserer Vectron Plattform sicherstellen
  • Priorisierung von Aktivitäten und Abstimmung der Planung im Bereich Software unterstützen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung und Betreuung der Digitalisierung von Fahrzeugdaten, Fahrzeugdokumentation und der Prozessautomatisierung
  • Teilnahme an der übergeordneten Releaseplanung, die die Anforderungen an die Software definiert
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit Schnittstellenpartnern (z.B. Engineering, Inbetriebsetzung, Zulassung, Änderungsmanagement, uvm.)
  • Vollständige SW-Dokumentation für ein Release sicherstellen
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung des allgemeinen Softwareprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenpartnern und Umsetzung dieser
Voraussetzungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen)
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software in der Schienenfahrzeugbranche (z.B. als Softwareentwickler)
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und Freude an der strukturierenden Unterstützung kreativer Prozesse mit Hilfe von Digitalisierung- und Automatisierungstools
  • Ausgezeichnete Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, sicher in komplexen Matrixstrukturen zu arbeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
