Software Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Software Manager, der unsere Vectron Lokomotiven mit moderner Software ausstattet.

Hauptraum:

Die termingerechte Bereitstellung einer geprüften Gesamtsoftware unserer Vectron Plattform sicherzustellen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Die Priorisierung der Aktivitäten und die Abstimmung der Planung im Bereich Software zu unterstützen.
  • Die Umsetzung und Betreuung der Digitalisierung von Fahrzeugdaten, Fahrzeugdokumentation und der Prozessautomatisierung eigenverantwortlich zu verantworten.
  • Die vollständigen SW-Dokumentation für ein Release sicherzustellen.
  • Den allgemeinen Softwareprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellenpartnern zu erarbeiten und zu optimieren.
Voraussetzungen:
  • Erfolgrech abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen).
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software in der Schienenfahrzeugbranche (z. B. als Softwareentwickler).
  • Erkennen von technischen Zusammenhängen und Freude an der strukturierenden Unterstützung kreativer Prozesse mit Hilfe von Digitalisierung- und Automatisierungstools.
  • Ausgezeichnete Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, sicher in komplexen Matrixstrukturen zu arbeiten.
