About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Specialist External Manufacturing to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and ensuring the efficient execution of outsourced production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CMO partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Manage the procurement of raw materials and finished goods from CMOs, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, including project planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Represent the company's values and philosophy in all interactions with CMO partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
