About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Specialist External Manufacturing to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our external manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless supply chain management, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective production execution.
  • Establish and manage a network of local procurement organizations, production facilities, and quality management teams to meet GMP requirements.
  • Oversee the procurement of finished goods from CMOs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, tracking milestones and participating in internal and external project meetings.
  • Represent the company's values and philosophy, promoting a positive and professional image.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in contract manufacturing, preferably in a global pharmaceutical supply chain.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
