Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Supply Chain Specialist External Manufacturing berichten Sie an den Manager Contract Manufacturing Organization und agieren als operative Schnittstelle zu CMO-Partnern und zur Produktregistrierung und -entwicklung, lokalen Einkaufsorganisationen, Produktion sowie unserem Qualitätsmanagement unter Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen.
  • Sie zeigen sich verantwortlich für Aufbau und Etablierung strategischer Beziehungen zu CMO-Partnern und stellen eine kosteneffiziente, termingerechte Ausführung der ausgelagerten Produktion sicher.
  • Darüber hinaus stellen Sie die Versorgung mit Fertigprodukten bei den CMOs sicher.
  • Sie betreiben aktives Projektmanagement einschließlich der Verfolgung von Meilensteinen und nehmen an internen und externen Projekt-Meetings für extern hergestellte neue Produkte aktiv teil.
  • Sie fungieren als Repräsentant der Unternehmensgruppe mit ihren Werten und ihrer Philosophie.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (Industriekauffrau/-mann, Kauffrau/-mann im Groß- und Außenhandel, erfolgreich abgeschlossen).
  • Zudem konnten Sie bereits fundierte, praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsfertigung als Lieferant oder Kunde, idealerweise in einer globalen pharmazeutischen Lieferkette, sammeln.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement.
  • Außerdem verfügen Sie über eine strukturierte und strategische Arbeitsweise mit einer positiven Einstellung zur Lösung komplexer Themen sowie überzeugendes und souveränes Auftreten.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Empathie sowie eine ergebnis- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie haben ein ambitioniertes, zukunftsorientiertes und interkulturelles Mindset mit dem Willen, Dinge anzugehen und zu verändern.
  • Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit zu den europäischen Tochterunternehmen ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
