Als Associate, Quality Management Systems (QMS) bei der WaveLight GmbH sind Sie Teil unseres Quality Systems Teams und verantwortlich für das Dokumenten- und Schulungsmanagement, die Qualitätsberichterstattung sowie die Durchführung interner Schulungen und die Teilnahme an Audits.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Durchführung der Qualitätsmanagement-Prozesse, einschließlich Dokumentenmanagement, Schulungsmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement-Berichterstattung
  • Verwaltung interner und externer Referenzdokumente, sowie Administration des Prozesses zur Implementierung dieser Dokumente
  • Organisation und Durchführung interner Schulungen zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen
  • Periodisches Monitoring der Qualitätsmanagement-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Kennzahlen
  • Teilnahme an Audits als Fachexperte (Subject Matter Expert, SME) oder in anderen Funktionen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im medizinischen Bereich sind wünschenswert; Erfahrung im GMP ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um die Kennzahlen der Geschäftsleitung vorzustellen
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen
