Beschreibung der Position

Rivus Capital sucht einen erfahrenen Chief Commercial Officer, der die strategische Führung für unser Unternehmen übernimmt und uns bei der Umsetzung unserer Vision für nachhaltiges Wachstum unterstützt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Strategische Produkt- und Vertriebsplanung: Entwicklung und Implementierung langfristiger Produkt- und Vertriebsstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen.
  • Vertriebsführung und Optimierung: Verantwortung für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams, um maximale Effizienz und Wachstum zu erzielen.
  • Geschäftsentwicklung und Kundenmanagement: Identifikation neuer Marktchancen, Erschließung internationaler Märkte und Stärkung der Kundenbeziehungen zur Sicherung nachhaltigen Wachstums.
  • Co-Geschäftsführung und Gesamtüberblick: Übernahme von Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Führung des Unternehmens, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Ziele erreicht werden.
  • Business- und Budgetplanung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Businessplänen, Budgetverwaltung sowie Ressourcenmanagement zur Erreichung kommerzieller Ziele.
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Vertriebserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Etablierung geeigneter Strukturen und im Kundenkontakt.
  • Netzwerk- und Marktkenntnisse: Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, sowie gute Vernetzung in der Forstbranche oder benachbarten Branchen.
  • Unternehmerische Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Geschäftsführung oder in leitender Position, idealerweise in einem Startup oder schnell wachsenden Unternehmen.
  • Strategische Denkweise: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, langfristige Strategien zu entwickeln, Markttrends zu erkennen und innovative Lösungen zur Geschäftsentwicklung zu erarbeiten.
  • Impact-Orientierung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung und starke Motivation in der Führung von Teams, sowie der Gestaltung von Produkten mit klarer Ausrichtung auf ökologische und/oder soziale Mehrwerte.
  • Finanz- und Budgetexpertise: Starke Fähigkeiten im Finanzmanagement, in der Budgetverwaltung sowie in der Analyse und Optimierung von Unternehmenskennzahlen.
