About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at our FedEx location in Hannover Airport. This is a full-time position that requires a strong focus on process management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of processes in line with company key performance indicators and objectives
  • Lead and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Develop and implement personnel deployment plans in accordance with company requirements
  • Analyze, record, and monitor team performance and results, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously improve existing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Independently resolve service and interface issues
  • Support management in communication and interaction with internal and external customers and service providers
