Marketing Manager Campaign Lead

We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager Campaign to take on a key role in our marketing team. As a Marketing Manager Campaign, you'll be responsible for the complete marketing cycle, from concept to performance evaluation of various high-volume B2C advertising materials and cross-channel campaigns. You'll calculate media values, create business cases, and derive optimization potentials for our partners to enhance performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for high-volume B2C advertising materials and cross-channel campaigns
- Calculate media values and create business cases for a portfolio of PAYBACK partners
- Derive optimization potentials for partners from performance metrics to enhance performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful implementation of innovative marketing concepts and/or new partner integrations
- Present management-suitable reports and deliver presentations to various stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in marketing (B2C) or related areas on the company side, preferably from the retail or FMCG sector
- Senior presence, assertiveness, strategic thinking, and a service and results orientation
- Experience in managing agencies and interfaces
- Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively anticipate complex issues
- Hands-on mentality and presentation strength, with a strong understanding of KPIs, CPO, TKP, and Customer Journey
- Analytical skills
