Senior Account Executive - Retail Sector (m/w/d)


IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Pflege und zum Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Einzelhandelskunden.
  • Verantwortung für den Vertrieb bestehender Produkte sowie die Markteinführung neuer Produkte.
  • Führung von Einkaufs- und Jahresverhandlungen mit Apotheken und Apothekenkooperationen.
  • Selbstständige Marktbeobachtung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Sicherstellung der Marktanteile.
  • Durchführung von Gebiets-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenanalysen unter Anwendung analytischer Instrumente wie Kundensegmentierung und Potentialanalyse.
  • Aktualisierung der Kundenstammdaten sowie Dokumentation und Administration, insbesondere im Berichts- und Meldewesen.
  • Regelmäßiges Monitoring und Reporting der Ergebnisse an die Vorgesetzten.
  • Teilnahme an Außendienst- Telefonkonferenzen, Schulungen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen.


IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmareferent, PTA, MTA, MTLA, BTA, CTA oder in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienst mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Verkauf von pharmazeutischen Produkten.
  • Relevante Kontakte im Einzelhandelssektor.
  • Vertriebsorientierte Denkweise und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse sowie starke Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten.
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative.
