As a key member of our GmbH Sales function, you will be responsible for expanding our market share by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and prospects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Operations to secure profitable contracts and business relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to promote LiftMaster products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Fluent English and German language skills, with additional European languages an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and business acumen, with a hunter mentality and affinity for business development
