About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Teams and play a pivotal role in advancing our platform infrastructure. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing 1 - 3 platform teams, working closely with product teams, and driving innovation in the developer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 1 - 3 platform teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Drive innovation in the developer experience, leveraging new technologies and best practices
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership skills
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform engineering
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality software products
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in languages such as Go
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
