About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineering Manager to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team at Amazon Logistik Oelde GmbH. As a Graduate Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our warehouse and delivery network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager in implementing and auditing safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Develop and implement network standards to ensure high equipment availability.
  • Collaborate with the team and wider network to leverage technical expertise and build solutions.
  • Manage projects and tasks as directed by the site manager.
  • Be prepared to work on shift to maintain a solid connection to the team and daily work.
  • Travel to other Amazon locations as required to support training and development.
  • Lead small to medium-sized teams of multi-skilled technicians.
Requirements
  • Recently graduated or working towards an Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Chemical disciplines.
  • Maximum 2 years' work experience within a relevant industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Computer-aided Design.
  • Knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
  • Knowledge of Project Management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of CMMS programs.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Processes.
  • Team leadership experience.
