Performance Marketing Expert

As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our goals.
Main Responsibilities- Performance Marketing Management: Plan, execute, and optimize our paid search, paid social, display, and app marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
- Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness and drive conversions. Collaborate closely with our design and content teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously experiment with new creative assets, bid strategies, and target audiences to meet or exceed our key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budgeting: Manage a significant marketing budget across multiple European markets, ensuring efficient distribution across various channels.
- Tracking & Reporting: Work with our BI and data engineering teams to define target audiences, tracking events, and metrics. Utilize tools like Power BI and MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) to analyze campaign performance and derive optimization measures.
- Analysis & Communication: Analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and regularly communicate results to your team lead and the team.
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommend actionable changes.
- Proficiency in Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads, and other paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok). Familiarity with attribution modeling and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like Adjust or AppsFlyer & Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SDK & Pixel tracking.
- Experience with campaigns optimizing for profitability and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Understanding of various marketing funnels, tracking events, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for trying new trends and acquisition channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.

- A full-time employment position with an unlimited contract.
