Job Title: Project Planner - Essen, Germany

Job Summary:

Hatch is seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team in Essen, Germany. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning and progress measurement on high complexity capital projects. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including earned value management and schedule performance index
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and control
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
