Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team in Hamburg. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Sales Growth: Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the premium or lifestyle segment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English is required.
