Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Transform complex business processes into intuitive and sophisticated user and product experiences, progressing from conceptualization to development-ready stage with high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Product Design: Create impactful product and app designs, shaping the visual identity and user experience of our applications.
- Design Documentation: Develop process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design strategies and intricate interaction behaviors.
- User Experience: Offer expertise in enhancing the user experience of our applications through strategic design and performance optimizations.
- Team Collaboration: Lead cross-team conceptual development and design documentation, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Teams, and Senior Management.
- Project Management: Contribute to multiple projects within an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Design Expertise: Serve as the go-to team member for inquiries or clarifications on UI/UX matters.
- Design Expertise: Demonstrated expertise as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or in a comparable role.
- Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio reflecting experience in digital product design.
