About the Role

RABOT Charge GmbH is seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centric designs and innovative products that enhance user experience and promote sustainability.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Transform complex business processes into intuitive and sophisticated user and product experiences, progressing from conceptualization to development-ready stages with high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Create impactful product and app designs, shaping the visual identity and user experience of our applications.
  • Develop process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design strategies and intricate interaction behaviors.
  • Offer expertise in enhancing the user experience of our applications through strategic design and performance optimizations.
  • Lead cross-team conceptual development and design documentation, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, business teams, and senior management.
  • Contribute to multiple projects within an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as the go-to team member for inquiries or clarifications on UI/UX matters.
