Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Engel & Völkers Holding GmbH. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience, empowering our cross-functional product team to achieve their goals, and driving user research to discover pain points and needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop user-centric product experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless product development and improvement.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design.
- Remarkable research skills and a super hands-on no-ego attitude.
- Attention to detail and willingness to go untrodden paths.
- Ability to design autonomously in an agile work environment.
- Experience in working in hybrid organizational settings across different time zones.
- Expert in Figma, experienced in working with design systems, and proficient in the use of usability testing and user research tools.
- 30 days' vacation and time off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
